Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- At least 1 year of proven recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas industry (EPC or project-based hiring preferred)
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to onboarding)
- This position will be hired under a third-party arrangement
- Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Oil & Gas projects and corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms
- Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinator and project teams to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines
- Handle high-volume and project-based recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare recruitment reports, tracking progress, and manpower updates regularly
- Support onboarding activities and coordinate with related departments
