Ku Creatives is looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong recruitment experience, especially in sourcing and headhunting candidates across various roles and industries.

Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting through various platforms and channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment field
- Bachelor's degree in related field from reputable university is preferred
- Strong experience and knowledge in headhunting candidates
- Familiar with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
- Have own device/laptop
- Willing to work from office in South Jakarta
- Able to join immediately
