Responsibilities

  • Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates
  • Manage recruitment report
  • Conduct test to candidates
  • Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities
  • Follow up candidates
  • Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement
