Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, including but not limited to Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Managers
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and define recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus outreach
Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong role fit and culture alignment
Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in the team's objectives, productivity and development
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and hiring metrics
Represent Shopee's brand and culture in all candidate interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment work experience or internships
Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformation
Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
Strong communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
Strong understanding of regional talent markets is a plus
Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies, and working with senior stakeholders, is a plus
