Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Record Label Associate, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The selected candidate will support the day-to-day management of the label's operations. Responsibilities include organizing records, managing documents, performing account reconciliations, and communicating with artists, partners, and team members. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to monitor and analyze relevant data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to manage data and evaluate performance metrics
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Account Reconciliation and financial accuracy
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the music industry or a strong passion for music is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

What you'll do:

• Coordinate releases: timelines, artist deliverables, DSP uploads
• Manage artist logistics & partner communications
• Monitor performance: streams, saves, playlist adds
• Maintain release calendar, contracts, splits
• Manage Inventory of Vinyl Stock
