Role Description The Record Clerk is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating digital records related to leadership features, contributors, and organizational activities. On a day-to-day basis, the Record Clerk will categorize and file documents, verify the accuracy and completeness of records, and ensure information is stored in accordance with internal guidelines. The role includes managing document versions, reconciling records with source data, and supporting basic account reconciliation tasks as needed. The Record Clerk will regularly communicate with team members via email or online tools to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates on record-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Records Management and Document Management skills for organizing, tracking, and preserving digital files.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with Account Reconciliation to review data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and document processes consistently.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing part-time schedules, and using common productivity and cloud-based file management tools.
- Candidates with prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or information management and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
