  • Welcome visitors, clients, candidates and vendors in a professional, courteous manner
  • Manage all incoming, outgoing and and distribute mail/packages and deliveries
  • Monitor the front desk area to ensure guests are checked in and assisted promptly
  • Respond to basic inquiries in person, by chat, phone, email, and route more complex questions to the right team member
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and ensure sign-in materials are stocked
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, or other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Produce related data reports as directed by the supervisor
  • Follow company policies around visitor regulations, security, and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-service role is preferred or any other administrative jobs
  • Intermediate English verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic office software (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and familiar with google sheets
