Global Bali Home is an international boutique real estate developer operating in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. We specialise in premium villa developments and work with a discerning international clientele. Our team is driven by a passion for exceptional properties and outstanding client experiences.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle — from the first inbound lead to deal close — while upholding the elevated service standards our clients expect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound leads and manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end
- Conduct in-depth client consultations via calls, messaging platforms, and in-person meetings
- Organise and host villa viewings and professional property presentations
- Lead negotiations and coordinate deal execution with legal and operations teams
- Develop and manage relationships with agencies and partner sales channels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and actively control the sales pipeline
- Ensure consistently high service standards and fast response times for all clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English — written and spoken (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; real estate or high-ticket sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with international clients
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven mindset
