Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site position in Kota Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market analyses, generating leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining productive relationships with clients. Additional duties include coordinating property showings, negotiating deals, and staying updated with the latest market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate industry
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Ability to excel in Sales and communicate effectively in negotiations
• Proficiency in networking, lead generation, and local real estate market knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Jakarta and Tangerang property markets is a plus
