Bali Real Estate Consultants, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Real Estate Administrative Personal Assistant to join our team. This exciting opportunity is open to individuals with outstanding organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist our real estate sales agents in performing efficiently by managing clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of clients.
Manage the full documentation process for listing properties, including administrative tasks, paperwork, and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Proactively seek and identify potential properties to list, conducting market research and collaborating with property owners to secure new listings.
Utilize excellent content writing skills to create compelling property listings and marketing materials that effectively highlight our listings.
Must possess excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients, sales agents, and other team members to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
Extensive organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Must own a vehicle + Drivers License (Motorcycle preferred) for travel to property locations and client meetings.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in content writing and marketing is highly desirable.
Based in Uluwatu + Kerobokan/ Canggu or nearby areas.
Qualifications:
Must be based in Bali, Indonesia.
Previous experience in Real Estate administration or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
