Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denpasar for the role of Real Estate Broker - Bali Team. The Real Estate Broker will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves building relationships with clients, marketing properties effectively, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate operations to provide clients with professional guidance.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales to build enduring client relationships and drive successful transactions.
• Understanding and knowledge of Real Property and market dynamics in Bali.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Prior experience in Bali's real estate market is highly advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
