Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the property purchase process, including identifying suitable villas, arranging and attending property viewings, and explaining the technical and legal considerations that impact buying decisions. The role involves collaborating with architects, legal advisors, and analysts to translate due diligence findings into clear, client-friendly recommendations, supporting VillaAudit's Buy, Negotiate, or Avoid outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, answering inquiries, preparing and presenting property reports, coordinating negotiations, and supporting closing processes with accuracy and transparency. The Real Estate Agent will also contribute to local market insights, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bali real estate regulations and trends, and uphold VillaAudit's independence and integrity during all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices in Bali and Indonesia.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build trust with international buyers and diverse client profiles.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to support fair pricing, deal structuring, and closing processes aligned with client goals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property fundamentals, including land use, zoning, ownership structures, and local market dynamics.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (and Indonesian or other regional languages), experience working with international clients, familiarity with property due diligence or investment analysis, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and legal experts on-site in Bali.
