Role Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Agent in the real estate department is responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on property purchases, and promoting listings through various marketing channels. The Sales Agent works closely with the listing manager to ensure smooth communication and effective marketing strategies. Additionally, the agent manages client inquiries, performs market analysis, and ensures accurate documentation throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and build relationships with potential buyers.
- Respond to incoming leads, collect client requirements, and offer suitable property options.
- Add and list new property inventory for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive listings.
- Provide clients with expert advice on pricing, property marketing, and the best terms for purchasing properties.
- Negotiate sales terms with buyers to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends, ensuring clients are provided with current information and best practices.
- Manage and update the CRM system and client database, keeping detailed records of leads, inquiries, and transactions.
- Actively promote property listings through various marketing activities, including digital campaigns and networking.
- Engage with clients through online and offline marketing efforts, maximizing property visibility and driving sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, property, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali property market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms for property promotion.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license; willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
