Kualifikasi:

• Min S1 majoring in Food Technology
• Min 2 years experience as R & D in food industry
• Have significant experience in Food industry, with experience in Product Development
• Have passion on Food and have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry
• Have good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients and characteristics of food products
• Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and ISO
• Understand about developing product & packaging
  
  

Tanggung Jawab:

• Changing existing products and processes and developing new products
• Ensure food product standards are established, developed and maintained.
• Identification, analysis and interpretation of lifestyle, retail and food trends to ensure the concept in it to provide strategic innovation and profitable sales growth relevant to the market
• Develop and present the concept of product development in accordance with the agreed product direction
