Kualifikasi:
- Min S1 majoring in Food Technology
- Min 2 years experience as R & D in food industry
- Have significant experience in Food industry, with experience in Product Development
- Have passion on Food and have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry
- Have good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients and characteristics of food products
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and ISO
- Understand about developing product & packaging
Tanggung Jawab:
- Changing existing products and processes and developing new products
- Ensure food product standards are established, developed and maintained.
- Identification, analysis and interpretation of lifestyle, retail and food trends to ensure the concept in it to provide strategic innovation and profitable sales growth relevant to the market
- Develop and present the concept of product development in accordance with the agreed product direction
