- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Kimia / Kimia Tekstil / Teknik Industri / Teknik Bioproses
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan sanggup bekerja secara teliti
- Analitis, Kritis, dan Kreatif
