About the Company
PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) is Hyundai's automotive production hub in Southeast Asia, located in Cikarang, West Java. Established in 2019, HMMI manufactures both conventional and electric vehicles for domestic and export markets, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage government relations for homologation, maintaining strategic ties with ministries, authorities, and technical services for approvals and compliance.
- Serve as main liaison during audits, regulatory meetings, conformity checks, and authority visits.
- Coordinate communication between government bodies and internal teams to ensure clarity on regulations and changes.
- Monitor regulatory developments through industry groups, consultations, and discussions to represent company interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Law, or any other related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in homologation, government relations (MoT, VTCC/BPLJSKB, MoI), regulatory affairs, or automotive associations (e.g., GAIKINDO), with manager-level experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government processes, automotive regulations (UNR/UNECE), national standards, and approval workflows.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
