About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in managing costs and ensuring that construction projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate take-offs
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide regular cost analysis reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Willing to relocate to Surabaya
- Have experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
