Quantity Surveyor Staff

Job Description :

• Prepare accurate Budget Draft (RAB) calculations, including additions and deductions of work scope.
• Review and ensure budget availability for proposed works, including submitting budget transfers and budget supplements when required.
• Collect, review, and verify all tender documents and manage contract administration.
• Submit tender documents, including RAB, online RAB, workflow approvals, and FPT submissions to TRM.
• Regularly update information on factors that may affect costs, such as material availability and price fluctuations.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bashelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working QS experience in Developer Company or Contractor
• Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad and QS Aplication)
• Having knowledge to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings
• Willing to be placed in Harvest City - Cileungsi
