RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare material and cable tabulations for assigned projects.
- Conduct regular stock checks and submit updated reports in a timely manner.
- Perform site visits for surveys, progress monitoring, and project completion verification.
- Track and record returns of materials and tools after project completion.
- Maintain and update records of materials and tools in/out, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approval forms.
- Monitor the quantity and condition of installed materials on-site.
- Prepare forecasts for material requirements to support procurement planning.
- Verify any additional material requests beyond initial plans through site checks.
COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, material cost control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of material estimating, cost control, and construction project workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other project management or cost estimation tools.
- Familiarity with interpreting shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment.
- Live in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek)
- Own personal vehicle for mobility.
