Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Muntilan. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing construction project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), ensuring financial viability, and monitoring budgets. The role will also involve cost planning, cost reporting, and supporting project teams to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in creating and managing BOQs
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting for construction projects
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards is a plus
