Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate costs of materials, labor, and equipment for multiple construction projects or tenders.
  • Work with the tender/project team to support procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather documents and understand procurement needs.
  • Define scope of work and assist in preparing BOQ, tender documents, and project budgets.
  • Perform quantity take off for projects/tenders.
  • Assist in vendor communication, including clarifications and scope review.
  • Analyze vendor submissions and support evaluation and negotiations.
  • Ensure procurement documents are organized and updated according to ISO standards.
  • Support change order processes and variation claims.
  • Help manage project budgets and provide cost reports.
  • Identify financial risks and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support vendor sourcing and qualification.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases.
  • Promote efficiency and transparency in procurement processes.
  • Embrace the use of digital tools and systems in procurement and cost management

Requirement:

  • Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
  • Strong in quantity take off and cost estimating.
  • Experience in both tender and post contract administration.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and change orders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or construction.
