Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Procurement Staff, based in Cibubur. The role is responsible for supporting project estimation, cost analysis, and contract preparation for the renovation projects of Mal Ciputra Cibubur. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate quantity calculations, budgeting, and procurement documentation to support timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for renovation and construction projects
• Analyze unit prices and calculate quantities for civil and architectural works
• Prepare BQ and project cost estimates (RAB)
• Assist in preparing contracts and Work Orders (SPK)
• Support procurement and contract administration processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure documentation is properly maintained and aligned with project schedules

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contract Procurement
• Experience in a property developer company is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, RAB, and BQ
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and coordination skills
