Today, We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor

About the Quantity Surveyor:

• Able to communicate in English
• Possess good commercial buildings project background
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
• Fluent in operating AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, G Suite
• Able to interpret, understand, as well organize construction and buildings plans and specifications
• Cost planning, estimating and BoQ production
• Performing risk and value management and cost control functions
• Have Knowledge of pricing / market rates
• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Providing advice on contractual claims
• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports
• Undertaking costs analysis project work
• Writing detailed progress/ cost reports
