Job Descriptions:
- Lead the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and cost analysis
- Manage the tender process, including contractor evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation
- Identify potential cost risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Administer and review construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveying team and ensure high-quality deliverables
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 35 years of experience in a managerial role, in property developer is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender management, and contract administration
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
