Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)

PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa (General Contractor) is a Subsidiary of CCM Group.

Looking for Position: 'Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing'.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made etc.
• Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise etc.
• Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificate of MEP services.
• Quantity take-off for all MEP items in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical.
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items etc.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in MEP Contractor as Quantity Surveyor MEP.
• Willing to be placed at all Project Berca.
