Quality System Staff (Paramedis)

What Will You Do

• Plan and implement employee health maintenance and improvement programs.
• Provide first aid support and conduct basic first aid training for employees.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize workplace health risks and occupational diseases.
• Monitor and follow up on workplace conditions that may impact employee health.
• Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across the company.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to employee health and safety activities.

What Will You Need

• Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in Nursing.
• Possess General Occupational Safety (AK3 Umum) and Occupational Health (Hiperkes) certifications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate first aid skills.
• Strong interest in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
