As a Record Control Analyst, you will be holding a key role in delivering the documented output from manufacturing process (Manufacturing Record Book/MRB) to the clients/ customers as part of the final critical milestones of the projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Compiling the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) as per related data inputs:
Scope of works as Sales Order
Material certificates
Material Traceability
Internal / external Manufacturing Records
Inspection and Test Reports
Other project requirements
Generating Certificate of Conformance (CoC) as per product requirements
Obtaining approval from the clients and/or independent certification body and/or customer via the agreed approval channel.
Uploading the MRB into the official Baker Hughes and Customer's document repository
Managing Notification of Inspection (NOI) and arranging Third Party Inspector or customer representative as per approved project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
Making sure the on-time delivery without any backlog of MRB

To be successful in this role you need to:
Minimum diploma in engineering or similar technical discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing industry
Prove ability to understand and apply the established procedures
Prove the ability to work in tight deadlines and high-level attention of details
Coordinate with cross functional teams on matters of quality and final product acceptance
Have excellent of both verbal and written communication skill and able to work as a team
Experience in similar role and industry will be an advantage
