Role Summary
We are looking for a Quality Risk Management (QRM) professional who is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and quality of our services. This is a strategic role where you will serve as the final gateway to ensure that every teamwork product not only meets high technical standards but is also secure from compliance and operational risks, you are expected to possess sharp risk detection skills and the ability to provide strategic direction to the team.
Strategic Responsibilities
1. Perform a comprehensive final review of all working papers and teamwork products to ensure technical accuracy and strict adherence to professional standards before delivery.
2. Monitor ongoing projects to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks that may arise throughout the service lifecycle.
3. Ensure all outputs are consistent with applicable IT industry regulations (such as ISO standards or data privacy laws) and internal company policies.
4. Provide risk-based recommendations to strengthen internal quality control systems and drive continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
1. Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or Auditing, preferably within the IT industry or Professional Services.
2. Must possess at least one relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISM, PMP, OSCP, or other related credentials.
3. Deep understanding of working paper documentation methodologies and national/international quality control standards.
4. Strong grasp of IT governance frameworks and relevant industry regulations.
5. Exceptional attention to detail, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical teams and senior management.
