PEP Pioneers is a 6-month paid internship program designed to provide young talents with hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the digital transformation of Quality and Compliance processes through the implementation of Power BI, Power Apps, and other digital solutions.
2. Assist in digitizing manual records and tracking systems, including quality incidents, audit findings, calibration records, action trackers, and compliance monitoring tools.
3. Support digital projects related to visitor and contractor management, internal audits, change management, and glass brittle management.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, improve workflows, and ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness.
5. Develop dashboards and reports to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision making.
6. Assist in user training, change management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase adoption of digital tools.
7. Support workload analysis and process optimization initiatives within Quality and Laboratory operations.
Requirements:
1. Final year student or fresh graduate in Food Tech/Biology/Pharmacy/Industrial Engineering or related fields
2, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Apps) & Power BI
3. Have basic understanding of total productivity maintenance / Integrated Work System/ Lean 6 sigma
4. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
5. Able to commit to a full-time internship during the period-Cikarang Plant Placement
6. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
7. Willing to work on-site fulltime
