What You'll Do:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous and effective implementation of quality processes.
- Work on projects from planning to post-implementation, identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring alignment across systems.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews (PIRs) and monitor project outcomes with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and internal quality standards.
- Analyze and calculate productivity metrics to measure the impact of process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement quality culture programs, including training materials and awareness initiatives.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process improvements and digital transformation projects.
- Organize quality projects competitions and recognition programs to foster innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with expertise in process quality and operations.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, digitalization, operational risk, and financial strategy.
- Excellent skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, risk awareness, and customer experience.
