Role Description The Quality Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational workflows, ensuring recruitment processes meet established quality standards, and aligning operational practices with regulatory and company requirements. The Quality Operations Manager will design and implement quality assurance frameworks, perform routine quality audits, and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling process documentation, and addressing issues that could impact candidate experience or client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management, with experience in coordinating end-to-end processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, including developing and maintaining quality standards and policies.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Control practices to monitor, measure, and validate process outcomes.
- Background in Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting internal audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, HR services, or service operations, preferably in an international context.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and process rigor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead teams.
- Proficiency in using productivity and data analysis tools to track KPIs and prepare reports.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, candidate-first recruitment practices.
