Job Title: Quality Management System Manager

Client Location: Singapore & Indonesia

Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday/9AM-6PM SGT

Contract Type: Full-Time Contract

Contract Term: 12 Months, Renewable

Job Overview:

One of our clients is looking for a QMS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, drive operational excellence, and maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing QMS within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and processes
• Manage QMS documentation, procedures, and system updates
• Train and guide teams on QMS processes and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational performance
• Monitor compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards across the organization

Must-Haves:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in QMS within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes
• ISO 9001 certification
• Strong initiative and ability to think beyond standard frameworks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel to Batam once a month (if not based in Batam)

Great-to-Haves:

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience working across Southeast Asia or regional operations
