Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, standards, and improvement plans.
- Identify quality system risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor QMS performance and ensure the timely closure of audit findings, nonconformities, and corrective or preventive actions.
- Support system-level investigations and manage change management activities that impact the QMS.
- Prepare and distribute periodic quality, audit, and QMS performance reports to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Conduct training, develop educational materials, and facilitate knowledge sharing to promote quality awareness across functions.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, QA procedures, internal auditing, and corrective action management.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively train staff and collaborate across departments.
- Willing to travel to plants if needed.
