Roles & Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS in alignment with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
-Support the QMS Lead in integrating QMS practices and procedures across all departments.
-Monitor adherence to QMS policies and procedures throughout the organization.
-Maintain and update QMS documentation including quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
-Ensure document control systems are followed, track changes, and manage the distribution of updated documentation.
-Assist in creating and revising quality documentation based on regulatory changes and organizational needs.
-Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to ensure QMS and regulatory compliance.
-Document audit findings, collaborate on corrective actions, and follow up for timely closure.
-Assist in preparation for external audits, providing documentation and operational support.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
-Strong understanding of QMS standards, especially ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
-Familiarity with quality tools such as CAPA, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
-Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting.
Soft Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.
-Willing to work at CIKUPA
