Job Description

Main purpose of the job:

To establish, implement, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO), and driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enforce corporate quality policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Ensure QMS is maintained in compliance with ISO and other certifications.
  3. Conduct internal quality audits and support external certification processes.
  4. Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma process improvement initiatives.
  5. Monitor quality performance and develop corrective/preventive actions.
  6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  7. Manage departmental resources and capability development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Certifications in ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Min. 5-10 years in quality and process improvement roles.
  • Experience leading ISO certification and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business process management, and quality management systems
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence the executive and board levels.
