Main purpose of the job:
To establish, implement, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO), and driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce corporate quality policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure QMS is maintained in compliance with ISO and other certifications.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external certification processes.
- Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance and develop corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Manage departmental resources and capability development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Certifications in ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Min. 5-10 years in quality and process improvement roles.
- Experience leading ISO certification and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process management, and quality management systems
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence the executive and board levels.
