1. Quality Execution (QE)
- Execute in-line quality inspections at defined manufacturing gates to ensure ongoing compliance with:
- Approved Golden Sample
- Primus specifications
- Process control requirements
- Execute Final Inspection (FI) prior to shipment readiness
- Generate clear, data-driven inspection reports, including:
- Defect categorization
- Yield impact
- Corrective actions
- Build and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis (defect rate, repeat issues, gate pass rate)
- Detect potential quality escapes early and drive immediate containment actions with the factory
- Own follow-up and verification of CAPA implementation at supplier level
2. Quality Assurance & Validation
- Perform physical verification tests on materials and finished packaging per Primus requirements
- Review, validate, and approve factory-issued or third-party test reports
- Ensure test methods, frequencies, and results are fully compliant with Primus standards
- Flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and drive corrective alignment before production release
3. Manufacturing & Output Monitoring
- Monitor daily and weekly manufacturing output vs. committed production plan
- Track:
- Line output
- Yield
- Bottlenecks
- Risk to shipment milestones
- Identify execution gaps between planned vs. actual production, including early detection of schedule slippage
- Work with factory teams to recover output, stabilize flow, and protect delivery commitments
4. Issue Escalation & Problem Solving
- Proactively escalate quality or manufacturing risks to internal stakeholders and HQ using structured communication
- Clearly articulate:
- Issue description
- Root cause analysis
- Immediate containment
- Corrective and preventive actions
- Act as a problem solver, not an inspector, supporting continuous improvement and prevention of recurrence
- Ensure timely, transparent, and factual reporting aligned with Primus expectations
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in paper packaging for consumer electronics, preferably TT boxes
- Strong background in factory-facing quality execution and manufacturing monitoring
- Ability to independently represent the program inside the factory environment
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- In-line and Final Inspection logic
- Process control in paper packaging
- Defect classification and yield impact
- Able to read and interpret:
- Technical drawings
- Specifications
- Approved samples
- Experience with data-driven reporting and quality metrics
Language Requirements
- English and/or Chinese Mandarin – fluent (mandatory)
- Bahasa Indonesia – strong plus
Work Mode
- On-site, factory-facing
- Willing and able to relocate near Jakarta
