The Quality Engineer maintains quality standards by inspecting materials, reviewing approved drawings, and overseeing construction activities. The role ensures meeting all quality parameters, maintaining quality documentation, and adhering to ISO procedures. This position is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards across all construction sites.
Job Duties
Review all approved drawings related to construction and installation.
Inspect all incoming materials and ensure they meet quality standards.
Inspect all construction activities at the site to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection reports, calibration reports, RFIs, and checklists.
Conduct physical testing of all construction materials at the site.
Follow ISO procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Resolve quality-related issues and provide solutions to maintain quality standards.
Independently report to the Quality Charge or a senior technical head.
Ensure functional reporting to the Site In-Charge and administrative reporting to Quality In-Charge.
Involvement in civil construction activities as needed.
Travel as required for inspections and quality management activities.
Managing all electrical aspects of solar power projects.
Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge
Understanding of quality parameters in civil engineering and construction.
Familiarity with ISO procedures and quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite.
Familiarity with Solar power generation, transmission, distribution, and electrical system.
