Quality Control Supervisor

• Supervise daily QC laboratory instruments activities, including verify test results, data analysis and prepare report .
• Oversee the operation, calibration, verification, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, analytical methods, ISO/IEC 17025 principles where applicable, safety requirements, and quality management procedures.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate QC laboratory personnel to ensure technical competency, productivity, and adherence to laboratory standards.
• Prepare laboratory performance reports, maintain instrument calibration records, support audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QC laboratories, preferably in palm oil refining, edible oil processing, or the oleochemical industry.
• Capable of operating NIRS or HPLC instruments
• Capable of operating GC-MS or ICP-MS instruments
• Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 17025
• Proficient in data management and statistics.
• Good understanding of instrument calibration, verification, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and laboratory quality management systems.
