Job Description
QC Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily quality control activities across raw materials, in-process production, and finished essential oil products
Ensure all testing and inspection procedures follow company SOPs and international quality standards
Lead and manage the QC team to achieve consistent product quality and compliance targets
Coordinate closely with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor laboratory performance, testing accuracy, and documentation systems
Prepare regular QC reports, quality trend analysis, and improvement recommendations
Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related fields
2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or laboratory operations is preferred (experience in essential oils or agro-industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge of QC procedures, analytical testing, and quality management systems
Good leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a structured, target-oriented manufacturing environment
