Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Orson Indonesia's facility in Tanjung Priok. This role is responsible for overseeing daily quality control activities, including monitoring production processes, implementing quality standards, and ensuring that products meet regulatory and customer requirements. The Quality Control Supervisor will coordinate sampling and testing, review laboratory results, and investigate quality issues, working closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role includes supervising and coaching quality control staff, managing documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency, safety, and efficiency. The supervisor is also expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and inspections and maintain compliance with relevant industry and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong quality-focused skills, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience applying standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in FMCG, personal care, home care, or consumer product manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements, and proficiency in documentation and reporting tools are expected.
