As a Quality Control Manager, you will:
- Lead daily QC operations for raw materials, bulk, and finished goods
- Ensure testing is conducted according to approved specifications and SOPs
- Approve or reject materils and products based on quality standards
- Monitor product stability and consistency
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Maintain QC documentation, COA, specifications, and test records
- Support audits
- Lead and develop QC team members and analysts
- Ensure proper training on testing methods and quality standards
- Manage workload planning and lab efficiency
- Work closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain
- Support new product development with testing validation
- Ensure smooth product release process
- Improve QC processes, testing methods, and documentation systems
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in QC/QA in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical
- Minimum 23 years in team leadership role
- Strong understanding of Cosmetic GMP, QC testing methods, Stability testing, BPOM regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
