Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Lead, located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Quality Control Lead will oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards, implement best practices in quality management, perform routine inspections, and monitor production processes to maintain high standards. This role also involves creating and reviewing quality documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Experience in Quality Auditing and continuous process improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold company quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
