Quality Control and Site Manager

You will manage daily on-site quality control for 7 luxury villas consisting of:

2 cliffside villas (1,200 sqm & 1,300 sqm)

4 hilltop villas (330 sqm each)

1 two-level villa (300 sqm)

Responsibilities:

- Full-day presence on-site

- Perform quality checks under German standards

- Daily reporting and protocol writing

- Take structured photo documentation

- Inspect waterproofing, steel work, slump tests, measurements

- Monitor schedule, quality, and cost compliance

- Communicate effectively with contractors and team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 2 years on-site project management experience

- Excellent English

- Strong and firm communication

- Eager to learn German engineering methods

- Detail-oriented, proactive, committed

- German language skills are a plus

- Preferably based in Torok or lives within a 30-minute commute from the construction site.
