Quality Control

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, with furniture factory experience preferred;
2. Familiar with the entire operational flow of the quality control system within the factory, including incoming material inspection and in-process inspection;
3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills. Previous experience in a junior supervisory/management role within the quality control team is preferred;
4. Demonstrate good resilience under pressure, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to uphold principles and standards;
5. Possess a certain level of quality judgment ability and problem-solving skills;
6. Provide a specific and detailed description of your work experience in your application;
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;
8. Ready and willing to work over-time as management arranged.
9. Preferrable if skill in 6 Sigma and 7 Tools.

PPIC

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in production / production management (PMC), with furniture factory experience preferred (tables, chairs, cabinets, or other wooden products)
2. Thorough understanding of the complete operational flow of the production management system within a factory environment (from planning, procurement, production, to delivery)
3. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with various departments
4. Resilient under pressure, able to handle sudden schedule changes and urgent orders
5. Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of concentration and attention to detail
6. Capable of driving work independently without requiring constant instructions
7. Skilled in solving operational problems quickly and accurately
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for pivot tables, functions, and charts; PowerPoint for presentations; Word for formal documents)

10. Preferrable if skill in AutoCAD, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
