Quality Control Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Calculate and monitor warehouse and customer KPI indicators.
2. Conduct safety inspections of warehouse sites, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with relevant departments to eliminate potential hazards.
3. Perform inventory audits, including quantity, quality, and expiration date checks, and ensure standardized inventory management by category.
4. Inspect warehouse operational processes and standardize productivity management for outbound teams.
5. Verify compliance of inbound and outbound handover procedures.
6. Check whether business process documents and records are properly maintained and archived.
7. Investigate and resolve abnormal system orders and data discrepancies.

Job Requirements

1. With strong communication skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
3. Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
4. At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred
