Quality Assurance Team Lead

PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia (Yokke!) is looking for a QA professional to lead testing activities and ensure the quality of our products and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 4–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, with 1–2 years as a Team Lead

• Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration & Manual Testing

• Familiar with Jira and QA tools

• Good understanding of SDLC, particularly the testing process

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination & problem-solving skills

• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor QA & testing activities

• Develop Test Plan, Test Case & Test Scenario

• Conduct UAT, Functional, Regression & Integration Testing

• Review requirements and identify testing needs

• Ensure proper testing documentation and results

• Coordinate with PMO, Product Manager, IT & Development Team

• Support the deployment process
