Where You'll Make a Difference
- Ensure product/service quality meets established standards and specifications.
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to identify deviations.
- Continuously improve quality control processes, procedures, and practices.
- Provide training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, reports, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate overall Quality Management System (including audits and certifications such as food safety, halal, RSPO, pest control).
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biology, Mechanical, Industrial), Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., GFSI, ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, Pest Control).
- Excellent communication skillsverbal, technical writing, and presentationwith proficiency in English.
- Technical proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
