You will ensure production processes comply with quality and food safety standards, including GMP and hygiene requirements. You will monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) according to the HACCP Plan, ensure proper production records and traceability. verify product net weight, and ensure proper execution of CIP and equipment cleaning processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor CCPs and ensure corrective actions are taken according to the HACCP Plan.· Ensure proper production documentation and traceability for quality investigations and customer complaints.

• Verify product net weight against labeling claims.
• Ensure proper execution of CIP and manual equipment cleaning according to established parameters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Associate Degree in Basic Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum2+years of experience in QA/R&D and/or conversion within a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, Quality Control & Quality Management Systems, and HAs 23000.
• Good English proficiency is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Cikande, Serang, Banten.
• Willing to work in shifts
