Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Perform automation testing to ensure application quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
- Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
- Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
- Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
- Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
- Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university
- Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp
- Capable of creating Automation Scripts
- Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript)
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in Automation Testing within the Banking industry is highly desirable
- Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta)
